Basic Beading ~ Free
Basics are always offered for free here at The Bead Hive. We have regular sessions scheduled and also welcome walk-ins. During this FREE class you will learn how to make a necklace, bracelet, earrings, and wire wrapping a pendant. You will have the option to purchase the jewelry at the end of your session or leave it here. At the end of the class you will know how to string, crimp and design your own jewelry. If you are planning on having a girls day please let us know ahead of time if your party is more than 3 persons.
Basic Earrings ~ Free
Learn how to complement any necklace or bracelet with earrings for free! You can learn how during any basic beading session or just ask us during your next visit and we will be happy to demonstrate this technique. Please le tus know ahead of time if your party is more than 3 persons.
Basic Wire Wrapping ~ Free
This is a demonstration on how to wire wrap a pendant for a necklace. You will learn how to create a loop and simple design to compliment your set. If your party consists of more than 3 persons please let us know ahead of time.
PolyClay Pendant ~ $25.00
Great for younger girls and teens! Use polyemer clay to make a pendant as unique as you are. This workshop takes you through all the steps of rolling, cutting, baking and designing your pendant. Use up to 4 or 5 colors and experiment with mixing colors together. workshop last about 90 mins.
Large Wire Form Ring ~ $10.00
Create a ring completely different and unique to your style.
Use any stone or bead of your choice.
Picture Frame Pendants ~ $60.00
This workshop applies the technique of soldering. While using the basic knowledge of soldering you can create something meaningful and apply what you learn to other mediums. This workshop comes with a starter kit which includes eberything you need to solder pendants, charms, and jumprings. Workshop usually lasts about 2 hrs.
Sterling Silver Toggle ~ $45.00 Make a sterling silver toggle you can use for a closure or focal point. Once you learm this technique you'll never have to buy toggles again! This workshop will include the sterling silver wire, instruction, and tumbling if you texture your pieces. You will leave with 6 finished closures.
